Frequently Asked Questions



  1. How Do I Book My First Class?

  • Visit www.dorevs.com

  • Click “Book Now” or “Online Classes” in the menu bar

  • Select the class you are interested in booking.

  • For more information, click on the title of the class or the image above it.

  • Ready to book? Click “Book Now”

  • You will be prompted to Log in.

  • If this is your first time, select Sign Up with Email

  • Type your email address and a password for your account.

  • You will be prompted to fill out a waiver.

  • Read through the agreement

  • Type your name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, and email.

  • Make sure your email address is the same email address used to log in.

  • Select a checkbox for the waiver

  • Select the first checkbox is if you are filling out the waiver for yourself and you are over 18.

  • Select the second checkbox if you are a legal guardian filling out the waiver for a minor under 18.

  • Sign in the box by clicking and holding down while dragging the mouse.

  • Date the waiver.

  • Click Submit.

  • You will then see the booking calendar.

  • Select the date and time you would like to take this class.

  • On the right hand side, you may choose to purchase this class as a one-time drop in or as part of a class pass package.

  • If you select “Book a Session $17” you will be prompted for your name, email address, and phone number.

  • Click Pay Now

  • You will then be prompted for your card and billing information. Once entered, click pay now.

  • You will then receive a confirmation email with your purchase and class zoom link.

  • If you select “Buy a Pricing Plan,” you will be redirected to the Pricing Plan page where you can select the desired number of class passes.

  • Click select under the desired number of class passes.

  • You will then be prompted for your card and billing information. Once entered, click Buy Now.

  • You will then receive a confirmation email with your purchase and class zoom link.

Congratulations! You have booked your first class!


2. How Do I Book with my Class Pass?

  • Visit www.dorevs.com

  • Click “Book Now” or “Online Classes” in the menu bar

  • Select the class you are interested in booking.

  • For more information, click on the title of the class or the image above it.

  • Ready to book? Click “Book Now”

  • You will be prompted to Log in.

  • Type your email address and a password for your account.

  • If this is your first class, you will be prompted to fill out a waiver.

  • Read through the agreement

  • Type your name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, and email.

  • Make sure your email address is the same email address used to log in.

  • If you have already purchased a Class Pass, you will see something similar to this on the right hand side:

  • The 1/1 shows how many classes you have left in your class pass.

  • Click “Next”

  • You will be prompted for your name, email address, and phone number.

  • Click “Pay Now”

  • You will then receive a confirmation email with your purchase and class zoom link.


3. How Do I Log In from the Dashboard?

  • Visit www.dorevs.com

  • Click “Log In”

  • Click “Log In” next to Already a Member?

  • Select Log In with Email

  • Enter Email Address and Password

  • Once you are logged in, you will see these 3 icons in the header.

  • Click the drop down arrow

  • Select “My Bookings”

  • Here you will see the classes you have booked.

  • Find the class you are taking

  • Click the drop down arrow at the right hand side

  • You will see “Online Session” with a link below that says “Join Zoom Meeting”

  • Click this link

  • A dialog box will open to confirm your selection. Select “Join”

  • Another dialog box will prompt you to open zoom

  • Select open Zoom.us


4. What Do I Do If I Am Unable to Make a Class I Booked?


RESCHEDULE the Class, or you will be charged for the No Show!


5. How Do I Reschedule a Class?


To reschedule a class, do the following BEFORE the class starts:

  • Visit www.dorevs.com

  • Click “Log In”

  • Click “Log In” next to Already a Member?

  • Select Log In with Email

  • Enter Email Address and Password

  • Once you are logged in, you will see these 3 icons in the header.

  • Click the drop down arrow

  • Select “My Bookings”

  • Here you will see the classes you have booked.

  • Find the class you are wanting to reschedule

  • You will see a button to reschedule on the right hand side.

  • Click “Reschedule”

  • DO NOT CLICK CANCEL. THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELLED AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

  • The booking calendar will load with options to reschedule the class.

  • Select the new date and time you wish to attend.

  • On the right hand side, select “Book a Session - $17”

  • Click “Next”

  • Your session will then be rescheduled to the new date and time.

  • You will then receive a confirmation email with your rescheduled class and zoom link.

6. How Early Should I Log In to Class?


I recommend logging in at least 15 minutes prior to class. This allows time to deal with any technology issues, set-up your screen and prepare your space. You can then turn your video and mic off and walk away from your computer until the start of class.


7. When Will A Class Be Cancelled?

I may cancel a class for any of the following reasons: sickness, emergency, conflict, vacation, or if no one has signed up for the class.


8. How Will I Know if A Class Has Been Cancelled?


If you have signed up for a class that gets cancelled, you will receive an email through Wix notifying you of the cancellation.


If you have not signed up for a class, even if it's one you regularly take, you will not be notified of the cancellation. You won't, however, be able to book the class through the Dashboard or the Wix App.


You can also check the Live calendar on the Website under the Tab "Online Classes" (scroll to the bottom of the page). If a class has been cancelled when you view, it will not be listed as available to book.


9. Is Music Used During Class?


For copyright best practices, and to account for individual preferences, I will email participants a link to a class playlist available free on Spotify.

  • The email will be sent about one hour before class. If you have not signed up for class by then, you may not get the Playlist link.

  • If you use free Spotify, please NOTE: Spotify will play ads! If you want to use my playlist without ads, consider creating a paid Spotify account.

  • You are welcome to practice with or without music and use any music at any volume of your choice.

  • NOTE: please play your music on a device separate from the one you are using for Zoom as you will not be able to hear my vocal cues if you are streaming music and Zoom on the same device.

10. Should I Get the Wix App?


YES!


The Wix App lets you control and manage your class schedule on the go from your phone! For example, you don't have to be near your computer to book or reschedule a class at the last moment. You can also share posts and receive updates through the App.


11. How Do I Get the Wix App?


Two Easy Ways:

  • Go to dorevs.com on your mobile device. You will see a Banner at the top of the Page that says "Join Us on the Wix App." Click on the Oval Button to the right that says "Open App" and it will walk you through the steps.
